Audiences Need to Know
Learn about ticket options! Contact the Box Office and learn about theatre policies.
DEPOT DIALOGUE: A discussion with the artists following a performance, noted by performance date.
PARKING: Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the upper and lower lots of the Westport Train Station. Do not park in the U-Haul parking lot across the street as the owner will have vehicles towed.
AIR-CONDITIONING: The Depot Theatre is air-conditioned. Patrons who are sensitive to air-conditioning and Adirondack breezes may wish to bring a light jacket or sweater.
SEATING: Accessible seating is available for patrons who use wheelchairs and/or need to transfer to a seat from a wheelchair or walker. Seat widths vary. Please discuss any special seating accommodations with the Box Office when reserving seats. Thank you.
MISS THE SHOW? If you cannot attend your scheduled performance or event due to illness or any other reason there are three options patrons can take advantage of:
- Exchange your ticket(s) to another performance. Tickets are subject to availability and may include a price increase if exchanging from a preview to non-preview performance. Additional restrictions may also apply.
- Request that your Depot Theatre patron account be credited for the cost of your ticket. Then you may use that credit on your account for future ticket purchases.
- You can request a Ticket Return & Donation. Your ticket will be released back into the ticket system, and the ticket's face value will be donated to the Depot Theatre. For all contributions, a tax deduction receipt will be sent.
2023 HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES: The Depot staff will do their best to optimize the experience while meeting these protocols, and thanks our patrons for adhering to the following guidelines in order to enjoy live performances at the Depot Theatre this summer!
- Due to the unpredictable nature of our current health crisis, all policies are subject to change at any time without advanced notice. Please refer to our Healthy & Safety page for up-to-date audience policies or contact the Box Office prior to arrival for updated information.
